29 July 2445 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 96-0232 <br /> Page 5 of 9 <br /> 2 4 13 Secondary Aquifer Zone <br /> Ground water elevation data collected in the Secondary Aquifer Zone (85 to 105 feet bsg) inferred <br /> a net ground water flow direction at the Flag City Chevron towards the east-southeast at a hydraulic <br /> gradient of 0 001 ft/ft or less The ground water gradient at the Three B's Truck Plaza inferred a net <br /> ground water flow direction towards the east-northeast at a hydraulic gradient of 0 001 ft/ft or less <br /> (Figure 6) <br /> 2 4 14 Primary Aquifer Zone <br /> Ground water elevation data collected in the Primary Aquifer Zone (130 to 150 feet bsg) inferred a <br /> net ground water flow direction at the Flag City Chevron towards the southeast at a hydraulic <br /> gradient of 0 002 ft/ft or less The ground water gradient at the Three B's Truck Plaza inferred a net <br /> ground water flow direction between cast and southeast at a hydraulic gradient of 0 001 ft/ft or less <br /> (Figure 7) <br /> 2 4 2 Laboratory Results of Ground Water Samples <br /> During the June 2005 sampling event, TPH-g was not detected in any water samples TPH-d was <br /> detected in water samples collected from wells MW-613 and MW-12A at a concentration of 73 µg11 <br /> and 170 µg/l,the laboratory report noted that the TPH-d chromatograms for both samples contained <br /> significant diesel range compounds <br /> MTBE was detected in water samples collected from wells MW-2, MW-6B, MW-7, MW-8A, <br /> MW-11 (A and B), MW-13B, MW-14 through MW-20A at concentrations as high as 610 µg/1 <br /> (MW-8A), MTBE was also detected from ground water extraction wells EW-1, EW-2 and EW-4 <br /> through EW-10 at concentrations as high as 110 µg11 from EW-7 and 100 µg11 from EW-10 <br /> Isoconcentration maps displaying the estimated extent of dissolved MTBE in First Zone and Second <br /> Zone aquifer are depicted in Figures 8, 9 and 10 <br /> No other constituents of concern were detected above laboratory reporting limits in the water <br /> samples collected during the second quarter 2005 sampling event Analytical results of ground water <br /> monitoring well samples are summarized in Tables 3 and 4 The laboratory reports (McCampbell <br /> Analytical Inc Work Order Nos 0506567, 0547002, 0507050 and 050723 1) and chain of custody <br /> forms are presented in Appendix C, GeoTracker confirmation pages of the submitted laboratory <br /> electronic deliverable format (EDF) files are included in Appendix D <br /> Advanced GeoEnvironmental,Inc <br />
