<br /> On behalf of the Bokides Family Limited Partnership, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE)
<br /> previously submitted a quarterly report(Quarterly Report-Fourth Quarter 2002,dated 04 February
<br /> 2003)for the Flag City Chevron site located at 6421 Capitol Avenue,Lodz,California In accordance
<br /> with National Pollutant Discharge Elinunation System(NPDES)Permit No CAG915001 and State
<br /> Implementation Policy(SIP)sampling requirements,water samples were collected from the ground
<br /> water pump-and-treat remediation system effluent sampling point on 05 December 2002 and
<br /> analyzed for a variety of potential waste constituents, however, the laboratory analysis were not
<br /> reported in the above referenced quarterly report due to extended laboratory turn-around times
<br /> Therefore,AGE is submitting the results of the NPDES-and SIP-required sampling as an addendum
<br /> to the above quarterly report All water samples were logged on a chain-of-custody form, placed in
<br /> a chilled container and transported to a California Department of Health Services (DHS)-certified
<br /> laboratory for analysis for
<br /> • Volatile Organic Compounds by EPA Methods 610/624/625/8260,
<br /> • Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds by EPA Methods 610/625/8270,
<br /> • Inorganic Compounds by EPA Methods 200, 245, 206, 270, 279, 239 and 204,
<br /> • Pesticides and Polychlonnated Bzphenols(PCBs) by EPA Methods 643, 8041, 8081, 8082,
<br /> 8141, 8151, 8260, 8270, 8290, 8318 and 8340, and
<br /> • General Mineral constituents by EPA Methods 150,200, 300, 335,240, 350, 376, 377,425,
<br /> 600/4-83, 1631M, SM2320B, SM2340B, SM2450C, SM2510B and SM5540C
<br /> During the December 2002 sampling event,none of the analyzed volatile organic compounds(EPA
<br /> Method 8260)or semi-volatile organic compounds(EPA Method 8270)were detected by laboratory
<br /> analysis Laboratory results ofthe volatile organic and semi-volatile organic analysis are summarized
