(NPDES) Permit No CAG915001 and State <br /> �} Implementation Policy (SIP) sampling requirements, water samples were collected from the ground <br /> water pump-and-treat remediation system effluent sampling point on 13 June 2002 and analyzed for a <br /> variety of potential waste constituents, however, the laboratory analysis were not reported in the above <br /> referenced quarterly report due to extended laboratory turn-around times Therefore,AGE is submitting <br /> the results of the NPDES-and SIP-required sampling as an addendum to the above quarterly report All <br /> water samples were logged on a chain-of-custody form,placed in a chilled container and transported to <br /> a California Department of Health Services (DHS)-certified laboratory for analysis for <br /> • Volatile Organic Compounds by EPA Method 8260, <br /> • Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds by EPA Method 8270, <br /> • Inorganic Compounds by appropriate EPA Methods (listed in Attachment IT of the SIP letter <br /> dated 27 December 2001), <br /> • Pesticides and Polychlorinated Biphenols (PCBs) by EPA Methods 8081 and 8082, and <br /> • General minerals and other constituents by appropriate EPA Methods (listed in Attachment II <br /> of the SIP letter dated 27 December 200 1) <br /> During the June 2002 sampling event,none of the analyzed volatile organic compounds (EPA Method <br /> 8260) or semi-volatile organic compounds (EPA Method 8270) were detected by laboratory analysis <br /> Laboratory results of the volatile organic and semi-volatile organic analysis are summarized in Tables <br /> 10 and 11 However, due to a laboratory oversight, the laboratory did not analyze for acroieim, <br /> acrylonitnle, hexachlorethane or 1,1,2-trichloro-1,2,2-tnfluoroethane by EPA Method 8260 or 1,2- <br /> benzanthracene, 3,4-benzofluoranthene, acenaphthene, acenaphythlene, anthracene, benzopyrene, <br /> lot <br /> benzopyrlene,benzofluoranthene,chrysene,di-benzo-anthracene,fluoranthene,fluorene,indenopyrene, <br /> 837 Shaw Road,Stockton,California 95215 <br /> Telephone (209) 467-1006 FAX(209) 467-1118 <br />
