t , <br /> i� <br /> 17 May 2002 MAY 2 8 2002 <br /> AGE-NC Project No 96-0232 <br /> ENVIRONMENT HEALTH <br /> PERMIT/SERVICES <br /> Mr Marty Hartzell <br /> California Regional Water Quality Control Board - Central Valley Region <br /> 3443 Routzer Road, Suite A <br /> Sacramento, CA 95827 <br /> Subject: Addendum to Quarterly Report- First Quarter 2002, dated 09 May 2002 <br /> FLAG CITY CHEVRON- 6421 Capitol Avenue, Lodi, CA 95242 <br /> Dear Mr Hartzell <br /> On behalf of the Bokides Family Limited Partnership, Advanced GeoEnvironmental, Inc (AGE) <br /> previously submitted a quarterly report(Quarterly Report-First Quarter 2002,dated 09 May 2002) <br /> r� for the Flag City Chevron site located at 6421 Capitol Avenue, Lodi, California In accordance with <br /> National Pollutant ,Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) Permit No CAG915001 and State <br /> Implementation Policy(SIP)sampling requirements,water samples were collected from the ground <br /> water pump-and-treat remediation system effluent sampling point on 27 March 2002 and analyzed <br /> for a variety of potential waste constituents, however, the laboratory analysis were not reported in <br /> the above referenced quarterly report due to extended laboratory turn-around times Therefore,AGE <br /> is submitting the results of the NPDES- and SIP-required sampling as an addendum to the above <br /> quarterly report All water samples were logged on a chain-of-custody form, placed in a chilled <br /> container and transported to a California Department of Health Services(DHS)-certified laboratory <br /> for analysis for <br /> • Volatile Organic Compounds by EPA Method 8260, <br /> • Semi-Volatile Organic Compounds by EPA Method 8270, <br /> • Inorganic Compounds by EPA Methods 200 7, 200 8, 300, 335 2, 1631 and 7199, <br /> • Pesticides and Polychlorinated Biphenols (PCBs) by EPA Methods 643, 8041, 8081, 8082, <br /> 8141, 8151, 8260, 8270, 8290, 8318 and 8340, <br /> • General Mineral constituents by EPA Methods 120 1, 130 2, 150 1, 160 1,300,350 1,365 3 <br /> and 376 2, and <br /> • Dioxin and Dibenzofuran Congeners by EPA Method 1613, <br />
