RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> Based upon data collected dunng February 2000, AGE recommends <br /> • Continued monthly ground water monitoring and sampling at the site to monitor MTBE <br /> concentrations on and off-site The next monthly ground water sampling event has tentatively <br /> been scheduled for 28 March 2000 <br /> • Advancement of on-site and off-site soil bonngs utilizing cone penetrometer testing (CPT) <br /> technology,based on CPT findings, installation of clustered ground water monitoring wells <br /> • Installation of a dedicated"low-flow"ground water pump inside monitoring well MW-1, the <br /> ground water pump will be continuously operated and discharged into an on-site above <br /> ground Baker tank <br /> 6.0. LIMITATIONS <br /> Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by <br /> environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly <br /> upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the geologic/hydro- <br /> geologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number <br /> of available data points (ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may vary away from <br /> these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional <br /> reconunendations contained in this report <br /> Advanced GcoEnironmental,Inc <br />
