RECOMMENDATIONS
Based upon data collected dunng February 2000, AGE recommends
• Continued monthly ground water monitoring and sampling at the site to monitor MTBE
concentrations on and off-site The next monthly ground water sampling event has tentatively
been scheduled for 28 March 2000
• Advancement of on-site and off-site soil bonngs utilizing cone penetrometer testing (CPT)
technology, based on CPT findings, installation of clustered ground water monitoring wells
• Installation of a dedicated"low-flow"ground water pump inside monitoring well MW-1, the
ground water pump will be continuously operated and discharged into an on-site above
ground Baker tank
6.0. LIMITATIONS
Our professional services were performed using that degree of care and skill ordinarily exercised by
environmental consultants practicing in this or similar localities The findings were based mainly
upon analytical results provided by an independent laboratory Evaluations of the geologic/hydro-
geologic conditions at the site for the purpose of this investigation are made from a limited number
of available data points (ground water samples), and subsurface conditions may vary away from
these data points No other warranty, expressed or implied, is made as to the professional
reconunendations contained in this report
Advanced GcoEnironmental,Inc
