The wells are being installed in order <br /> to evaluate subsurface conditions at the site prior to its sale. <br /> SITE HISTORY <br /> The following site history information was obtained from the Chevron USA project files for <br /> this site. <br /> The site was operated as a saddle shop by Gibralter until its sale to Hilltop developers in <br /> 1984. It is unknown how long the site was operated as a saddle shop and/or if it was used for <br /> other businesses prior to its use as a saddle shop. <br /> There are currently five underground fuel storage tanks at the site. ' Diesel, supreme <br /> unleaded, regular unleaded, and regular gasoline are stored in the five underground tanks. There <br /> is,no waste oil tank at the site. <br /> P.O.
