Thanks
Michael
From: LeClaire, Mary [mailto:Mary.LeClaire@CalRecycle.ca.gov]
Sent: Wednesday, November 10, 2010 8:03 AM
To: Michael Kith [EH]
Subject: Tracy Chevrolet -TPID 1033763
Tracy Chevrolet has two active TPIDs in WTMS. On 6/23/08 Paul Harden inspected TPID 1033763 and stated on
the Inspection Report that the business ownership had changed and a new TPID was established on the same
date (TPID 1538688)which was fine. The problem is that Operational Status on the Inspection Report for
1033763 was not identified as "Closed" so the TPID didn't get closed in WTMS. I can't close a TPID in WTMS if
the last Inspection Report shows active with a tire count. Please issue an Inspection Report for 1033763 that
closes the TPID with zero tires and note in comments(again)that the business changed hands and identify the
new TPID number.
Please let me know if you have any questions.
