Comments: <br /> Routine waste tire inspection was done on this date and the following waste noted: <br /> No violations or areas of concern. <br /> 1.)TPID certificated was onsite and available for review. <br /> 2.) Permission to conduct inspection was granted by Scott Brady (Manager). <br /> 3.)Waste tires were counted directly. 45 waste tires were stored inside the shop. <br /> 4.) No CTL or EDT activities for this facility. <br /> 5.) Tire service is performed onsite by Denman Tire service. Waste tires are haul out when services are done. <br /> Invoices were available for review. Facility was given a waste tire receipt and removal recordkeeping sheet. <br /> 6.) Hauler has not hauled any tires in 2016, but is registered to do so. Haulers has not issued waste tire hauling <br /> decals or certificate to the vehicles. Decals and certificates are kept in the office. <br /> 7.) Retain all waste tire receipts, logs, and manifests for 3 years. <br /> 8.) Facility only stores its waste tires at this locations. <br /> 9.) Inspection report emailed to sbrady2@comcast.net. <br />
