You could not provide CTLs for all of the waste and used <br /> tires delivered to and removed from the above address. On May 8, 2006, a second inspection <br /> was conducted at the above address and you could not provide CTLs for tires hauled with your <br /> truck (CA license 5Z99729, hauler decal # 06-09444) or waste and used tires delivered to and <br /> removed from the above address. Hauling waste or used tires without documenting each load <br /> with CTLs is a violation of Title 14 California Code of Regulations Section 18460.2, "Manifest <br /> System Requirements for Registered Waste Tire Haulers." <br /> Legal action may be necessary at this time.
