Waste Tire Hauler Initial <br /> Registration. <br /> (a) Any person hauling 10 or more used or waste tires shall apply for a waste tire hauler <br /> This is a courtesy notice to notify you of these requirements. You are hereby directed to <br /> discontinue any further transporting of(10 or more) waste tires with your unregistered vehicle. <br /> Please note that any person who violates these laws shall be subject to civil penalties not to <br /> exceed $25,000.00 (PRC 42962). <br /> In the meantime, please continue to remove all remaining waste tires from your property (by the <br /> registered hauler). <br /> If you choose to haul 10 or more waste tires in the future, please fill out the attached Waste Tire <br /> Hauler Application (CIWMB 60) and Waste Tire Hauler Bond (CIWMB61) and submit it to the <br /> following address: <br /> California Integrated Waste Management Board, <br /> Special Waste Division, <br /> Waste Tire Hauler Program, <br /> P.O.
