Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> #45 Floors,Walls, Ceilings; Clean and Maintained <br /> OBSERVATIONS:The floor under the prep tables(to the right of the walk-in cooler door-wooden prep Table Ling Nam <br /> and stainless steel top prep for Pop)still has food debris-spilled cereal, etc.)Remove spilled food debris today prior to <br /> re-opening. <br /> CALCODE DESCRIPTION: The walls/ceilings shall have durable,smooth,nonabsorbent,light-colored,and washable surfaces. All floor <br /> surfaces, other than the customer service areas, shall be approved, smooth, durable and made of nonabsorbent material that is easily <br /> cleanable.Approved base coving shall be provided in all areas,except customer service areas and where food is stored in original <br /> unopened containers. Food facilities shall be fully enclosed. All food facilities shall be kept clean and in good repair. (114143(d), <br /> 114266, 114268, 114268.1, 114271, 114272) <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Facilities(Ling Nam and POP)were closed on 7-2-19. <br /> Facility has been cleaned. No new evidence of rodent activity identified this date. <br /> Facility was serviced by Terminix today(10:12-11:07am). See invoice. Per Terminix service report,the facility was"treated for <br /> control of general pests, also placed out traps for rodent control." Report states 13 glue traps were set out. Facility is <br /> contracting with Terminix for monthly service. <br /> OK to re-open granted at 12:20pm on 7-3-19 <br /> Continue to monitor facility(both Ling Nam and Pop)daily for new rodent activity. If activity is identified,take immediate <br /> action: clean and sanitize affected areas. If glue boards become soiled (activity is noted), have hair, or an accumulation of <br /> flour,throw out old glue boards and replace with new ones. <br /> Continue to maintain a routine schedule for cleaning (both Ling Nam and Pop).
