COMPLAINANT STATES THE NOODLES IN BOTH SOUPS WERE DARK GREEN AND <br /> BLACK WITH MOLD. NO ONE BECAME ILL. NO MEDICAL ATTENTION SOUGHT. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Facility uses refrigerated noodles, cut onions, cabbage, sesame oil and chicken <br /> (made every 1-2 days)for the soup. The soup is cook to order. No mold or green/black observed on noodles.
