FOOD SERVICE EQUIPMENT Section 11400 <br /> 2. All conduit piping and boxes are to be concealed in the wall or ventilator. Verify with <br /> contractors to coordinate installation in the wall areas. <br /> 3. Furnish a mechanical gas shut-off valve of proper size to the Plumbing Contractor <br /> for installation. Verify with Electrical Contractor what type of electrical panel would <br /> be furnished, either for shunt trips or contractors, and provide all necessary <br /> information regarding the inter-lock conduit and wiring between this electrical panel <br /> and the fire suppression panel. This electrical work and all material to be supplied <br /> by the Electrical Contractor. <br /> 4. Coordinate with the ventilator manufacturer to supply the proper access into the <br /> hood area for the fire suppression linkage and nozzle locations. Access may be <br /> needed through roof of the ventilator from the underside of the canopy. <br /> 5. Before the installation of the fire suppression system is started, approved drawings <br /> and fitting lists must be approved by the Fire Marshall's office. Once the installation is <br /> completed a field test must be performed in the presence of the inspecting authority. <br /> Alternates: Gaylord, Carroll Mfg. <br /> Item#16 Convection Ovens (Double): To be The Montague Company, Model#2-70A, Vectaire <br /> Convection Oven, Gas, double-deck, standard depth, thermostatic controls, single speed <br /> fan, vertical opening doors w/windows, s/s front, painted cabinet, 3" high black flue <br /> deflector, 6"adj. legs, 70,000 BTU ea.complete with, S/S front, sides, top and flue <br /> deflector and a black louvered back panel, and S/S legs. Provide an inter-connecting <br /> manifold for gas supply. Two (2) double units required. <br /> Alternates: Blodgett, Wolf <br /> Item #17 23" Open Burner Range w/Oven: To be The Montague Company, model#G16-4, <br /> Grizzly Range, 23" Restaurant, Gas, (4)25,000 BTU Open Burners, space-saver oven <br /> base w/Piezoelectric ignitor, s/s valve panel & backriser w/single high shelf, black exterior, <br /> 6"s/s legs, 120,000 BTU complete with high shelf/flue riser, S/S sides, S/S front including <br /> hi-shelf, and S/S legs. <br /> Alternates: Wolf, Garland <br /> Item #18 Baker's Bench w/Sink: To be fabricated of 14 ga. S/S and as complete as shown on <br /> the drawings. <br /> 1. Top to be a 14 ga. S/S top with a 18" x 24" x 12" deep sink cabinet as shown on the <br /> drawings. Provide a Fisher faucet, #3312, and a Fisher rotary waste valve#22209. <br /> 2. Base section to be 16 ga. S/S formed metal construction complete with open S/S <br /> shelves and a 18 ga. S/S double pan door. Provide and install S/S flush type pull, <br /> S/S lift of type hinge. <br /> 3. Install one (1) S/S recessed housing plug unit. <br /> 4. Provide (1) Component Hardware Group, Inc. pedestal type electrical outlet model <br /> R58-1010 locate as shown on the drawings <br /> 5.
