BIT INTO BURGER AND PULLED OUT A LONG DARK <br /> BROWN HAIR. <br /> VIOLATIONS AND CORRECTIVE ACTIONS <br /> Items listed on this report as violations do not meet the requirements set forth in the California Health and Safety Code commencing with section 7; <br /> 113700.All violations must be corrected within specified timeframe. Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM--LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Complaint inspection with assistant manager. She was aware of the complaint because she assisted the customer when they <br /> came back with the food. She stated that the employees handling food at that time were males with shorter hair.A refund was <br /> given. <br /> During the inspection, all employees handling food were wearing hats or visors.All of the employees'hair was short or pulled <br /> back in pony tails. <br /> I had the assistant manager have staff make a Big Mac.
