Violations that are classified as"MAJOR"pose an immediate threat to public health <br /> and have the potential to cause foodborne illness.All major violations must be corrected immediately.Non-compliance may warrant immediate closure of <br /> the food facility. <br /> OVERALL INSPECTION NOTES AND COMMENTS <br /> FOOD ITEM --LOCATION--TEMP°F--COMMENTS <br /> No Temperature Data Collected <br /> NOTES <br /> Spoke to owner who is aware of problem. He stated that the landlord is responsible for the garbage pick up. Landlord at this <br /> moment is out of town and won't respond to text messages. The neighborhood residents use the dumpsters for their own <br /> personal use. Dumpsters are for 3 different facilities (Laundromat, restaurant, and massage shoppe).Garbage was used to <br /> be picked up 1xweekly and now is picked up 2x weekly, and it is still not enough. Restaurant owner locks the dumpsters, but <br /> the garbage is left on the side of it. All of the tenants try to keep area clean. <br /> Observations: There are two dumpsters in the drive way. They are owned by 2 different companies. One is packed full, the <br /> other one 1/2 way full. Restaurant owner does not know why the full one is not being emptied.
