Saturated soils that appear to pose a risk of further liquid crude oil migration will be <br /> excavated and stockpiled on site. Stockpiles will be ontop of and covered with plastic sheeting <br /> following Cambria's standard field procedures (Attachment Q. Efforts will be made to excavate <br /> only crude-oil saturated soils which appear to contain free-flowing crude oil. Excavation will be <br /> directed by a trained field geologist using a portable photoionization detector. <br /> CLOSING <br /> This is an interim workplan and will be modified or amended as necessary.
