CAM BRIA <br /> SOIL STOCKPILE COVERING PROCEDURES <br /> Soil excavation is often completed to remove contaminant-bearing soils. The removed soils are typically <br /> stockpiled onsite and sampled. Cambria has developed standard sampling procedures to cover soil <br /> stockpiled soils. The procedures ensure that the stockpiles are built and covered in compliance with <br /> Federal, State and local regulatory agency guidelines. <br /> Stockpiled soil shall be placed on plastic sheeting and covered with plastic sheeting at the termination of <br /> the task generating such soil. Regardless of task progress, any stockpile not being actively manipulated <br /> shall be covered with plastic sheeting within one-hour of initiating stockpile generation. <br /> Plastic sheeting underlying any stockpile shall include a perimeter berm to prevent escape of liquids or <br /> wet soil from the stockpile.
