s <br /> ® Emergency Response Plan <br /> M'L COMMODITIES <br /> Scope <br /> Potential Threats include, but are not limited to: <br /> • Power Failure 0 Workplace Violence <br /> • Hazardous Materials releases or spills 0 Civil Disorder <br /> • Fire 0 Traumatic Injuries <br /> • Flooding 0 Fatality <br /> • Earthquake 0 Rack/ Roof Collapse <br /> • Severe weather-Tornado 0 Other Structural Failure <br /> • Severe weather- Hurricane 0 Train Derailment <br /> Line of authority <br /> The"senior official on site"will be determined by the following list: <br /> • General Manager/Director of Operations <br /> • Maintenance Manager <br /> • Office Personnel <br /> • CMC <br /> • Alternate CMC <br /> The senior official on site is responsible for decision-making, communications, event oversight, and initiating <br /> actions arising from a crisis management incident, including whether to"shelter in place"or evacuate the <br /> facility depending of the emergency type. In the event of an emergency,ALL employees, contractors, <br /> visitors, and other personnel are to follow the directions of the senior official on site. <br /> Should an emergency occur as the result of a known or suspected terrorist event, response leadership chain <br /> of command might change to accommodate the multiple entities that would likely be involved. Such entities <br /> might include mutual-aid partners as well as State and Federal responders. Any changes involving response <br /> leadership chain of command will be initiated and authorized ONLY by qualified and officially designated <br /> M&L"General Manager/Director of Operations". <br /> P a g e 1 1 Genera/Information <br />
