Prior to purchasing the property, the Bank of Stockton
discovered a area on the property that had been contaminated by a diesel fuel spill by the
prior owner. The property was cleaned up under the supervision of San Joaquin County
{ and prior to our actually purchasing the property, the County issued a letter that gave the
property a"clean bill of health" so far as the diesel contamination was concerned.
I would like to receive a letter from the County that notes the above incident and
will verify that the property was free from the contamination that time.
If additional information is needed, please contact me. i'
Sincerely,
Phillip H.
