Please
revise Table 2 and resubmit it immediately.
In order to avoid any further confusion, all tabulated data presented to PHS-EHD from now
on should follow the following standardized format:
- groundwater analytical data shall be presented in ug/1 only.
Detection limits for TPH-G and D are 50 ug/1 only.
BTEX detection limits are 0.5 ug/1 only.
- soil analytical data shall be presented in mg/kg only.
Detection limits for TPH-G and D are 1.0 mg/1 only.
BTEX detection limits are 0.005 mg/kg only.
Reports submitted to PHS-EHD in the future that do not follow this format will require
comment letters such as this. This delays other site's review time and unnecessarily adds to
the time staff spends on your site. Please have your consultant include these requirements in
all reports submitted for review.
Although the hydraulic gradient for the groundwater in this area is only slightly contoured and
numerical values are small, they are discernable and must be reported in all quarterly reports
submitted to PHS-EHD. Please have your consultant include this calculation in all future
quarterly reports.
A Division of San Joaquin County Health Care Services
