Infurna
San Joaquin County Public Health Services
P.O. Box 2009
1601 East Hazelton Avenue
Stockton, CA 95201
RE: Greyhound Terminal
Location #8969
Stockton, California
Dear Mr. Infurna:
Engineering-Science, Inc. (ES) is pleased to submit to you on behalf of Greyhound
Lines, Inc., the May 1993 monthly monitoring report for the Greyhound Terminal in
Stockton, California. Table 1 (attached) shows groundwater levels and pertinent
. observations from our inspection of the monitoring wells. A site map showing the
monitoring well locations is included as Figure 1.
During our visit of May 4, 1993, all on-site monitoring wells were inspected and
found to be free of any signs of hydrocarbon contamination.
Our next site visit is scheduled for the week of June 7, 1993. At that time, we will
collect groundwater samples as part of Greyhound's quarterly sampling and analysis
program. Analytical results will be submitted in the final quarterly status report no
later then July 15, 1993. This will conclude the initial year of groundwater monitoring
and quarterly sampling. At that time, we will recommend a less frequent monitoring
and groundwater sampling schedule based on the results of this first year of
groundwater sampling.
OPARSONS EJS/SY360.22/0014 REV 3
