The information will also be recorded in a log book. 4s a <br /> minimum, it will include: <br /> t � <br /> • Exact location of sample <br /> • Time and date sample was collected <br /> • Name of samuier witnesses cif necessary <br /> • Project codes, sample station numoer, and identifying code (if aDpitcable. <br /> • Type of sample (if known <br /> • Tag number of sequential tag system is used) <br /> • Laboratory number (if applicable) <br /> • Any other pertinent information <br /> 5.1 Environmental Sampies <br /> Environmentai samples will be packaged and shipped according to the following <br /> procedure: <br /> I Place sample container properly identified and with a sealed lid. in a <br /> polvethviene bac, and seat bag, - - <br /> ?. Place sample in a tiberboara container or metal picnic cooler wnicn has been <br /> lined with a large poiveinviene oag <br /> 3. Pack with enough noncombustible, absorbent, cushioning material to <br /> minimize the possibility of the container breaking. <br /> 4 Seal large bag <br /> 5.
