(ES) is pleased to submit to you on behalf of Greyhound <br /> Lines, Inc , the July monthly monitoring report for the Greyhound Terminal in <br /> �h Stockton, California Table 1 (attached) shows groundwater levels and pertinent <br /> observations from our inspection of the monitonng wells. A site map showing the <br /> monitoring well locations is included as Figure 1 <br /> During our visit of July 3, 1993, all on-site monitoring wells were inspected and <br /> found to be free of any signs of hydrocarbon contamination <br /> ES received a facsimile transmission from the San Joaquin County Department of <br /> Public Health Services (PHS) on July 22, 1993 in which PHS approved Greyhound's <br /> proposed biannual groundwater monitoring schedule. Based on your approval, the next <br /> groundwater monitoring and sampling event will be during the week of December 6, <br /> 1993 Subsequent monitoring said sampling will be conducted on a bi=annual basis We <br /> will notify PHS at least one week prior to the monitoring event so that PHS may have a <br /> representative on-site during the groundwater sampling Analytical results from the <br /> groundwater sampling will be submitted in a report to PHS by January 16, 1994 <br /> '!
