DECEMBER 1992 <br /> QUARTERLY STATUS REPORT (CONTINUED) <br /> • Timelines for activities currently underway or proposed: <br /> Greyhound will continue the groundwater monitoring program in accordance <br /> with all applicable LUFT and Tri-Regional requirements An evaluation of the <br /> data obtained from these programs after one year will be made to determine <br /> - - - whether further action is required at the site <br /> The January site monitoring visit was conducted on January 6, 1993 Our next <br /> sampling event will be conducted during the month of March 1993 Mr <br /> Michael Infurna (EHD) will be notified at least one week prior to the sampling <br /> event so that a representative can be on site during the sampling A quarterly <br /> status report will be prepared and submitted to the EHD on or before April 16, <br /> 1992 <br /> GLI will implement the supplemental site investigation during the week of <br /> January 18, 1993 A Soil Remediation Plan will be submitted to EHD within <br /> eight (8) weeks of the start of field activities to allow for analytical testing, <br /> report preparation, and review <br /> • Estimates of the quantity of contamination remaining in soil and <br /> groundwater, and time for completing remediation: <br /> At the present time, there is insufficient data to make these estimates The <br /> quantity of soil and extent of groundwater contamination including the time <br /> required to remediate this site will be carefully evaluated after the supplemental <br /> site assessment data are collected and one year of groundwater monitoring is <br /> - completed <br /> LML/sY139 31/378 <br /> S <br />
