SEMI ANNUAL STATUS REPORT (CONTIlqUED) <br /> v Assessment Work Plan in June 1994 for the purpose of defining the extent of ti <br /> soil contamination on-site EHD approved the work plan in a faxed <br /> transmission to Engineering-Science (S) on June 28, 1994, and Greyhound is <br /> currently in the process of permitting and scheduling the Supplemental Site <br /> Assessment <br /> • Proposed continuing or next phase of investigation: <br /> Based on the results of site investigations performed to date and groundwater <br /> analytical results which indicate no significant impact to groundwater, GLI has <br /> previously proposed a "monitor only" scenario for this facility However, <br /> based on EHD's recent request, Greyhound currently plans to initiate a third <br /> and final phase of drilling at the site to define the full extent of soil ' <br /> - contamination <br /> Method of cleanup proposed or implemented to date: <br /> Based on investigations conducted to date, no cleanup has been implemented or <br /> proposed <br /> • Time schedules for the completion of the investigation of the site and <br /> remediation: <br /> Greyhound proposes to continue the groundwater monitoring and_semi-annual <br /> sampling program through the end of 1994 at which time the data obtained, <br /> including data from the Supplemental Site Assessment, will be evaluated to <br /> determine whether further action is required. <br /> • Method and location of disposal of the released hazardous substance and <br /> any contaminated soil, groundwater or surface water: <br /> No released hazardous substances or contaminated soil, groundwater, or surface <br /> water were handled at the site between June and December 1993 During the <br /> fueling system closure in May 1991, excavated soils were observed to be clean, <br /> and, consequently, placed back into the tank pit and fuel line excavations <br /> • Manifest required for transport of hazardous substances: - <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> PARESSYR011VOL1 WP1725218108969108969L02 DOC <br /> 2 <br />
