As discussed between GLI <br /> and EHD on June 24, 1993, O believe that no additional remediation is <br /> warranted at this time &Ib dam. ,V4 <br /> Method of cleanup proposed or implemented to date: <br /> Based on investigations conducted to date, no cleanup has been implemented or <br /> proposed. <br /> • Time schedules for the completion of the investigation of the site and <br /> remediation: <br /> Greyhound proposes to continue the groundwater monitoring and biannual <br /> sampling program through the end of 1994 at which time the data obtained will <br /> be evaluated to determine whether further action is required. <br /> • Method and location of disposal of the released hazardous substance and <br /> any contaminated soil, groundwater or surface water: <br /> No released hazardous substances or contaminated soil, groundwater, or surface <br /> water were handled at the site between June and December 1993 During the <br /> fueling system closure in May 1991, excavated soils were observed to be clean, <br /> and, consequently, placed back into the tank pit and fuel line excavations. <br /> � N <br /> • Manifest required for transport of hazardous substances: <br /> Not Applicable. <br /> • Monitoring well data: <br /> The physical data obtained during the quarterly, and biannual sampling events <br /> for all of the monitoring wells located at the facility are presented in Table 1 <br /> Figure 1 is a site map showing the monitoring well locations Figure 2 shows <br /> water levels measured in December 1993 No free-product or hydrocarbon <br /> sheen has been observed in any of the on-site monitoring wells to date. <br /> LMi,C729823 22/004 R3 <br /> 2 <br />
