Center Street, Manteca, California <br /> A recent assessment of the above referenced property for a sales transaction disclosed that <br /> an underground tank had been removed from the property prior to the UST program. The <br /> buyer of the property has requested a soil boring to demonstrate the condition of the soil <br /> in the area around the former tank. <br /> I have enclosed a work plan, boring permit application, and appropriate fees. The <br /> property is in escrow and, as usual, everybody is in a hurry. Once you have had a chance <br /> to review the work plan, a verbal approval would be greatly appreciated.
