Failure to correct the identified violation(s) within the <br /> schedule provided will result in DHS citing you for <br /> continuing/additional violations. <br /> I. Schedule of Violations <br /> Violation 1, Section 66508 et seq. , Title 22, California <br /> Administrative Code (CAC) . <br /> "A generator may accumulate hazardous waste on site for 90 <br /> days or less without a permit or without having interim <br /> status provided that: <br /> (1) The waste is placed in containers and the generator <br /> complies with Article 24 as it applies to interim status <br /> facilities, or the waste is placed in tanks and the <br /> generator complies with Article 25 as it applied to <br /> interim status facilities except for Section 67258 . <br />
