As you are aware, Caltrans <br /> requires our approval .as their lessee prior to their consent to <br /> your well installation. <br /> I have sent your site plan to our Police, Parks and Recreation, and <br /> Public Works Departments and the following conditions to our <br /> approval should- be noted: <br /> 1. All necessary approvals/permits must be obtained from <br /> Caltrans. <br /> 2 . An Encroachment Permit must be obtained from the City <br /> Public Works Department prior to performing any work. <br /> This permit is required for blocking traffic on <br /> Washington Street. <br /> 3 . Conditions of the Parks and Recreation Department as <br /> contained in t.eir -memorandum to me dated August 20, 1992 <br /> shall be complied with.
