The Boards <br /> previomments on <br /> datedo141Juned1988sed andc20 December h1988,�dhavesbeen partiaillyresolvedto youiwithtthis <br /> submittal of the Closure Plan revision. The only outstanding comment is that the <br /> Board would like to review the construction plans and technical bid specifications <br /> for the impoundment closure, including the Construction Quality Assurance (CQA) <br /> procedures. The construction plans and specifications should be submitted prior <br /> / to the Request for Bids, so that any potential revisions can be made prior to the <br /> release of the documents for bidding. <br /> In addition, the Board requests submittal of all CQA test results , monthly <br /> progress reports, as-built plans and specifcaticns , ground water monitoring <br /> results, the annual post-closure reports, and any revisions to the Closure and/or <br /> Post-Closure Plans, <br /> Enclosed is a memorandum regarding staff' s review of the Phase IV around water <br /> assessment report.
