3. The Ground Water Report was included as part <br /> of the Phase IV Interim Report. This report <br /> was released February 7, 1989. <br /> d. Next Quarterly sampling will be scheduled for <br /> late March or early April. <br /> D. Phase IV Ground Water Survey. <br /> 1 . Field work has been on temporary hold while <br /> data collected to date was analyzed. The <br /> Interim Report released on February 7th is <br /> the result of this analysis. <br /> 2. Field work is scheduled to resume on March <br /> 6th. <br /> E. Special Test For Appendix IX Chemicals. <br /> 1 . The Department of Health Services requested <br /> the three RCRA wells be tested for the <br /> Appendix IX chemicals. The samples were taken <br /> on January 9. 1989. The test for Dioxin is a <br /> long lead time test because of limited number <br /> of facilities that run this test. It is <br /> anticipated that the Dioxin test results will <br /> be completed about March 1 and report ready by <br /> mid-March. <br /> F. Pre-Treatment Plant. <br /> 1 . The storm water pre-treatment plant is <br /> essentially complete. Operator training was <br /> done in late December and plant is now <br /> operational. <br /> G. Simulated Storm Water Run-Off. <br /> 1 . The simulated storm water run-o££ tests were <br /> done in mid-December. The report of these <br /> results should be complete in the near future. <br />
