The Department therefore requests that the <br /> Marley Cooling Tower Company sample and analyze runoff as <br /> discussed in the enclosed memorandum. <br /> If you have any questions or would like to discuss this matter <br /> further, please contact Mr. Jim Austreng of my staff at <br /> (916) 920-7644 . <br /> Sincerely <br /> Donn L.
