The Department proposes to approve necessary <br /> actions to mitigate ground water and surface contamination at <br /> the following site: <br /> The Marley Cooling Tower Company <br /> 150 North Sinclair Avenue <br /> Stockton, CA 95202 <br /> A draft Remedial Action Plan (draft RAP) has been prepared to <br /> provide a summary of: <br /> o data obtained during the Remedial Investigation/ <br /> Feasibility Study (RI/FS) <br /> o identifiable remedial alternatives <br /> o risks associated with conditions at the site, as well as <br /> risk with the identifiable alternatives <br /> o the Agencies ' proposed remedial alternatives. <br /> The RAP also summarizes costs for implementation and operations <br /> and maintenance of the remedial alternatives. A copy of the <br /> draft RAP Executive Summary is enclosed for your information. <br /> A full volume draft RAP (along with other documentation) is <br /> available for review at the Stockton library located at 605 <br /> North ELDorado Street. Review of the draft RAP can also be <br /> scheduled at the Marley Cooling Tower Company's office by <br /> calling (209) 465-3451 during normal business hours. <br />
