This however does not <br /> release MCTC from compliance with applicable regulations <br /> for chromium and copper. The Section should be revised to <br /> include relevant exposure standards for chromium and <br /> copper. Revisions should also address which analyses will <br /> be performed. That is, will the analyses performed <br /> speciate the chromium? or, will results be intrepreted as <br /> representing carcinogenic chromium VI . <br /> Additionally, ambient air monitoring for off-site <br /> contaminant transport must be included with personnel <br /> monitoring. If data show no significant impact, sampling <br /> and monitoring may be reduced subsequent to the <br /> Department's authorization.
