A
reduction in the number of wells to be monitored on a quarterly
bases was however approved. Monitoring Wells (MWs) which are to
remain on the quarterly sampling program are:
SHALLOW WELLS INTERMEDIATE WELLS DEEP WELLS
5 2 428 464
204 211 430 461
209 213 438
210 214 439
301 321 440
401 324 442
302 426
102*
* MW 212 shall be used in the event MW-5 goes dry.
Please be advised that the above listing does not relieve MCTC
from responsibility to monitor newly constructed wells. As
stated in footnote #2 to your Proposed Schedule, new wells shall
be monitored for a minimum of four quarters. Additionally,
monitoring shall continue until reductions are approved by the
Department and the Regional Water Quality Control Board.
Notes:
'Main Street domestic well will be sampled quarterly until
residents receive municipal water.
2Newly constructed monitor wells will be sampled quarterly for a minimum
of 1 year.
HARGIS+ASSOCIATES, INC-
