In addition, <br /> I've reviewed MCTC's letter dated 4 June 1990 which addresses, the NPDES permit <br /> violations during these three months. However, there <br /> was no similar notification for the February, March, and April violations. At a 1 May <br /> 1990 Remedial Action Plan status meeting, Mr. Gary Reents discussed these permit <br /> violations with MCTC officials, and informed them that he would be sending a permit <br /> violation letter in the near future. On 4 June 1990, we received from MCTC a letter <br /> addressing these violations. <br /> The 4 June 1990 letter discussed two major problems with the monitoring program; the <br /> long laboratory turn-around times, and the condition of the ion exchange resin. MCTC's <br /> current laboratory contract is with Roy F. Weston, Inc. , and their standard turn-around <br />
