R. Hansen and Associates. The proposed modification for studying <br /> the toxicity of the effluent from the Marley water treatment plant is acceptable to meet the <br /> requirements of Section B, item 4, of NPDES Permit No. CA0081787, with one exception. <br /> The enclosed memorandum provides specific comments on the proposed modifications to the TIE <br /> study.
