If more <br /> stringent applicable water quality standards are approved pursuant to <br /> Section 303 of the Clean Water Act, or amendments thereto, the Board <br /> will revise and modify this Order in accordance with such more stringent <br /> standards. <br /> 14. Concentrations for the following constituents shall not be exceeded as <br /> a result of the discharge at the downstream monitoring station: <br /> Constituent Units Concentration <br /> Copper pg/l 6.5* <br /> Trivalent Chromium Ng/l 50 <br /> Hexavalent Chromium //g/1 11 <br /> Arsenic pg/l 5 <br /> * Copper = e0.9545H - '.465 based on H = hardness mg/l as CaCO3 of <br /> receiving water. <br /> 15. This permit shall be modified, or alternatively, revoked and reissued, <br /> to comply with any applicable effluent standard or limitation issued or <br /> approved under Sections 301(b) (2) (C) , and (D) , 304(b) (2) , and 307(a) (2) <br /> of the Clean Water Act, if the effluent standard or limitation so issued <br /> or approved: <br /> (a) Contains different conditions or is otherwise more stringent than <br /> any effluent limitation in the permit; or <br /> (b) Controls any pollutant not limited in the permit. <br /> The permit as modified or reissued under this paragraph shall also <br /> contain any other requirements of the Act then applicable. <br /> F. Provisions: <br /> 1 . Full definition and capture of the ground water contamination plume that <br /> exceeds State Certified laboratory detection limits is to be maintained <br /> and documented within each quarterly ground water monitoring report. <br /> 2. Quarterly reports are necessary to evaluate the efficiency and adequacy <br /> of the remedial action. The current ground water monitoring program is <br /> to follow the Performance Monitoring Plan for the Remedial Wellfield as <br /> proposed in February 1991. Starting January 1994 the comprehensive, <br /> sitewide ground water monitoring plan is to be evaluated annually for <br /> validity of analyses, frequency of sampling, and selection of key <br /> monitoring wells for sampling. The revised ground water monitoring plan <br /> must be approved by Board staff. <br />
