The only change from the previous Notice of Public Hearina is the date of the <br /> hearing. Persons that wish to comment and who did not directly rece:T: the tentative Order must <br /> submit such comments in writing to the Regional Board no later th= 21 February 2003. All <br /> written comments received by this date will be included in the adn�istrative record for this matter. <br /> Written testimony or comments submitted after 21 February 2003 by persons that did not directly <br /> receive the tentative Orders will not be accepted and will not be into'porated into the administrative <br /> record if doing so would prejudice any party. <br /> All interested persons may speak at the Board meeting, and are ex:=:e' to orally summarize their <br /> written submittals.
