MONITORING AND REPORTG PROGRAM <br /> THE MARLEY COOLING TOWER COMPANY <br /> STOCKTON, SAN JOAQUIN COUNTY TENTATIVE <br /> this MRP, and the Standard Provisions and Reporting Requirements. The narrative shall be supported by <br /> documenting flow rate and total volume of treated water discharged, and parameters measured. <br /> 2. An assessment of treated water discharge to injection wells, and results of all sampling; <br /> 3. Copies of all laboratory analytical report(s); <br /> 4. A calibration log verifying monthly calibration of any field monitoring instruments (e.g.,pH,EC, <br /> etc)used to obtain data; <br /> 5. Cumulative data tables containing the water quality analytical results. <br /> B. Annual Report <br /> An annual report shall be submitted to the Board by 1 February of each year. This report shall contain <br /> an evaluation of the effectiveness and progress of the soil flushing system. The annual report shall <br /> contain the following minimum information: <br /> 1. Tabular and graphical summaries of all data collected during the previous year; <br /> 2. A discussion of the long-term trends in the concentrations of the pollutants in the lysimeters, <br /> monitoring tubes, and groundwater monitoring wells; <br /> 3. An evaluation of the performance of the soil flushing conducted during the year, and an analysis of <br /> its effectiveness in reducing the contaminants and whether the contaminant plume is being reduced <br /> or is continuing to spread; <br /> 4. A discussion of compliance and the corrective action taken, as well as any planned or proposed <br /> actions needed to bring the discharge into full compliance with the waste discharge requirements; <br /> and <br /> 5. A discussion of any data gaps,potential deficiencies/redundancies in the monitoring system or <br /> reporting program and the anticipated date for completion of cleanup activities. <br /> Discharge to Phase 1 Pilot Test (Initial Phase) <br /> A. 60 Day Report <br /> No later than 60 days after injection for the initial phase of the Phase 1 test, the Discharger shall submit <br /> a data summary with all the data, a description of the initial phase pilot test, and any preliminary results. <br /> B. 180 Day Report <br /> 08/22/02 1:15 PM Marley Cooling <br />
