DTSC concurs with the planned relocation and <br /> redesign of the wells.There was however no statement or any reference to baseline sampling. <br /> DTSC grants contingent approval to install the wells with the understanding that SPX will complete baseline <br /> sampling between 72 hours after development is completed and before starting any mass removal extraction <br /> related pumping. <br /> A formal letter of approval for the workplan is to follow. <br /> Martin G.
