No target analytes were detected in any method blank or field QC samples with the following exceptions:
• Equipment Rinse and Field Blank, collected on July 18, 2012, were associated with the
analysis of eight samples and had detectable concentrations of sulfate (0.3 mg/L) and TOC (0.2
mg/L). Additionally, Field Blank had 0.6 mg/L of TDS detected. One sample had TOC detected
at a concentration that was greater than the reporting limit, but less than five times the blank
concentration, and was qualified as estimated (J). Five samples had TOC detected below the
reporting limit and were qualified as non-detects (U) at the reporting limit. Sulfate and TDS were
detected at concentrations that were greater than five times the blank sample concentrations, so
the results were not qualified.
• Equipment Rinse and Field Blank, collected on July 19, 2012, were associated with the
analysis of three samples and had TOC detected at 0.7 and 0.8 mg/L, respectively, and TDS
detected at 6.0 mg/L in both. TDS was detected in the associated samples at concentrations that
were greater than five times the blank concentration and were not qualified. All three samples
had TOC detected below the reporting limit and were qualified as non-detects (U) at the reporting
limit.
• Equipment Rinse and Field Blank, collected on July 23, 2012, were associated with the
analysis of one sample and had TDS detected at 5.0 and 7.0 mg/L, respectively and TOC
detected at 0.5 and 0.4 mg/L, respectively. Additionally, Equipment Rinse had sulfate detected
at 0.3 mg/L. TDS and sulfate were detected in the associated sample at concentrations that were
greater than five times the blank concentration and were not qualified. TOC was detected at a
concentration that was greater than the reporting limit, but less than five times the blank result,
and was qualified as estimated (J).
• Equipment Rinse and Field Blank, collected on July 24, 2012, were associated with the
analysis of three samples and had TDS detected at 5.0 and 6.0 mg/L, respectively; TOC detected
at 0.5 and 0.4 mg/L, respectively; and sulfate detected at 0.3 mg/L in both. TDS and sulfate were
detected in the associated samples at concentrations that were greater than five times the blank
concentration and were not qualified. Two samples had TOC detected above the reporting limit,
but less than five times the blank result, and were qualified as estimated (J). The third sample
had TOC detected at a concentration that was greater than five times the blank result, and
therefore was not qualified.
• Equipment Rinse and Field Blank, collected on July 25, 2012, were associated with the
analysis of two samples and had TDS detected at 5.0 and 7.0 mg/L, respectively, and TOC
detected at 0.2 and 0.09 mg/L, respectively. TDS was detected in the associated samples at
concentrations that were greater than five times the blank concentration and were not qualified.
Both samples had TOC detected below the reporting limit and were qualified as non-detects (U)
at the reporting limit.
All data submitted for this project are of known and acceptable quality as qualified, based on laboratory-
established control limits and the data quality objectives. These data are considered acceptable for their
intended purposes.
Summary of Qualified Data:
Sample Name Laboratory ID Sample Parameter Result Unit Qualifier
Date
TW-15 Y2G1811-02 7/18/2012 TOC 1.1 mg/L J
MW-447S Y2G1811-03 7/18/2012 TOC < 1.0 mg/L U
MW-447D Y2G1811-04 7/18/2012 TOC < 1.0 mg/L U
MW-448D Y2G1811-05 7/18/2012 TOC < 1.0 mg/L U
Page 3 of 6
