A list of respective sample <br /> identifications is included in Table A. Fifty-three (53) primary field samples, seven (7)field duplicates, and <br /> seven (7) field quality control (QC) samples were submitted. The following samples were submitted as <br /> field duplicate pairs: <br /> Duplicate Sample <br /> MW-323 Dup MW-323 <br /> MW-9 Dup MW-9 <br /> TW-16 Dup TW-16 <br /> TW-13 Dup TW-13 <br /> MW-321 (1-9) Dup MW-321 (1-9) <br /> MW-102 Dup MW-102 <br /> MW-4 Dup MW-4 <br /> Samples were analyzed by one or more of the following methods: <br /> • Hexavalent chromium by United States Environmental Protection Agency(USEPA) Method SW7199 <br /> • Dissolved arsenic, chromium, copper, iron, and manganese by USEPA Method SW6020 <br /> • Sulfate by USEPA Method 300.0 <br /> • Total dissolved solids (TDS) by Standard Method SM2540C <br /> • Total organic carbon (TOC) by Standard Method SM5310C <br /> Results were reviewed in accordance with the appropriate methods listed above. In addition, the USEPA <br /> Contract Laboratory Program National Functional Guidelines for Inorganic Data Review (USEPA 2004) <br /> were used to provide overall guidance for the validation process. The data review included an evaluation <br /> of the following QC parameters based on standard performance criteria presented in these documents: <br /> • Analytical Holding Times/Sample Preservation <br /> • Method Blanks, Equipment Rinse Blanks, and Field Blanks <br /> • Laboratory Control Sample/ Laboratory Control Sample Duplicate (LCS/LCSD) Performance <br /> • Matrix Spike/Matrix Spike Duplicate (MS/MSD) Sample Performance <br /> Page 1 of 6 <br />
