Advance four soil borings to approximately 45 feet below ground surface (bgs)and install dual completion <br /> ozone sparge points in each of the boreholes(for a total of eight sparge points). The sparge points will be <br /> completed to 30 and 45 feet bgs in each borehole. Perform the Ozone Sparge pilot test for a minimum of <br />' three months. <br /> 2. Analyze groundwater samples taken from wells in the treatment area for TPHg,TPHd,TPHmo, BTEX, <br />' and fuel oxygenates. <br /> 3. Submit a report of findings for the Ozone Sparging Test in the Corrective Action Plan(CAP), along <br /> with the results of the other feasibility tests and monitoring well installations. <br />' COMMENTS AND CONDITIONS: <br /> 1. After discussion with Regional Board on 1/11/02,FHS/EHD and the Regional Board concluded that it is <br /> important to leave MW-7 screened at the depth it is at presently(32-52 feet bgs). Continue with your <br /> effort in procuring an encroachment permit for the installation of NfW--13 from Cal Trans. <br /> I 2.
