Chevron Groundwater Monitoring Report(3Q2002) Page 2 of 2 <br /> Facility: #9-0557—139 South Center Street,Stockton,CA Date: September 27,2002 <br /> DISCUSSION: <br /> Groundwater monitoring and sampling was performed by Gettler-Ryan Inc. on July 151h,2002. Fifteen wells were <br /> sampled during this event. TPHg was detected in samples collected from five of the fifteen wells at concentrations <br /> ranging from 66 µg/1 in the sample collected from MW-2 to 160,000 µgll in the sample collected from MW-9A. <br /> TPHd was detected in samples collected from eight of the wells at concentrations ranging from 110 µg/I(MW-6)to <br /> 78,000 µg11 (MW-9S).`TPI-Imo was detected in samples collected from three wells at concentrations ranging from ` <br /> 2,300 Vg/1 (MW-9)to 4,300 pg/l (MW-9A).�Benzene was detected in samples collected from four of the wells at <br /> concentrations ranging from 60 µg/l in the sample collected from MW-7 to 15,000µg/1 in the sample collected from <br /> MW-9A. MtBE was not detected in any of the samples collected during this event. TBA was detected in the <br /> samples collected from MW-9A and MW-9S at concentrations of 290 µg/1 and 370µg/l,respectively. 1, 2-DCA <br /> and EDB were detected in the sample collected from MW-9S at concentrations of 590 µg/1 and 220 µg11, <br /> respectively. Depth to water in the monitoring wells across the site increased an average of approximately 0.95 feet <br /> from the previous quarter. Groundwater flow was variable,but generally to the southeast, at gradients ranging from <br /> 0.005 to 0.01 f#/ft,consistent with historical data. <br /> LIMITATIONS: <br /> The findings presented in this letter are based on data and interpretations provided by Gettler-Ryan, Inc.
