Chevron discharged treated groundwater on November 15, 2001, <br /> under a Special Permit for Groundwater Discharge, dated November 1, 2001 <br /> (Attachment A). <br /> Between November 7 and 9, 2001, SECOR collected groundwater samples post carbon <br /> treatment (Figure 2) for the analysis of parameters required by the City of Stockton. On <br /> November 13, 2001, Aqua Sierra Controls Incorporated of Auburn California calibrated <br /> SECOR's lower explosive limit (LEL) meter (Attachment B), per the request of Richard <br /> Stiffler of the City of Stockton. On November 14, 2001, an LEL reading was taken. On <br /> November 15, 2001, treated groundwater was discharged to the City of Stockton sewer <br /> line. Certified analytical reports and chain of custody documentation is presented as <br /> Attachment C. Field data sheets are presented as Attachment D.
