This work was performed in <br /> accordance with SECOR's Work Plan for Soil Sampling during Removal of USTs, <br /> Product Lines, and Dispensers, dated August 25, 1998. The work plan was approved <br /> by San Joaquin County Public Health Services Environmental Health Division <br /> (PHS/EHD) in their letter, dated November 6, 1998 (Attachment A). <br /> UST REMOVAL ACTWITES <br /> Excavation and removal of , three gasoline USTs, and associated <br /> dispensers and product lines were performed by Henderson Construction of Stockton, <br /> California on February 24, 1999. The excavated USTs consisted of three 12,000-gallon <br /> capacity tanks of double-walled fiberglass construction. On April I3, 1999, one 300- <br /> gallon capacity waste-oil tank was excavated and removed. The four USTs were hauled <br /> by ECI to their Richmond, California facility for dispo4al. Excavation and sampling <br /> activities were observed and approved by Craig Wilson; Mathew Parker, and Michael <br /> Kith of the San Joaqin County Public Health Services— Environmental Health Division. <br /> Soil Sampling— Gasoline UST Removal <br /> • On February 24, 1999, a total of six soil samples were collected from the UST <br /> excavation.
