Principal Administrative Analyst Phone: (209) 937-8266 <br /> Project Title: Weber Point Southbank Seawall Project Initial Study File No.: IS10-97 <br /> Discretionary Application(s) File No.(s): PW File Project Applicant: City of Stockton <br /> Project Description/Location: Structural modifications to approximately 835 lineal feet of <br /> existing concrete seawall bordering the south side of Weber Point The project study area <br /> includes three components? 1) a 835-foot long ±3 foot wide seawall, 2) a ±3 foot wide <br /> portion of Stockton Channel on the south side of and adjacent to the seawall• and 3) a <br /> ±100-foot wide portion of land on the north side of and adjacent to the seawall <br /> MITIGATION AGREEMENT: <br /> As the applicant/owner or their legal representative, I hereby agree to amend the above-named <br /> project by incorporating all mitigation measures, as identified in the related Initial Study, which are <br /> necessary in order to avoid or reduce any adverse environmental effects to a point where clearly <br /> no significant adverse effects would occur upon project implementation. I understand that by <br /> agreeing to amend the proposed project through incorporation of the identified mitigation measures <br /> or substantially similar measures, all potentially significant adverse environmental effects will be <br /> reduced to an acceptable level and a 'Proposed Negative Declaration" will be prepared and <br /> circulated in accordance with the State and City Guidelines for Implementing CEQA.
