I did some checking also. Here's what I found out. 1. The number you have for Tracy Disposal Co., 1278421-01, is correct for the garbage company as a HAULER. No manifests have been filed under this number in the past couple of years or so, because we (the garbage company) haven't hauled any tires. There was a problem with the listing with the CWIMB in that it showed two addresses; one correct and one incorrect. The problem has been resolved. 2. Both Golden By-Products and McCoy Truck Tire file the manifests on the tires they pick up at Tracy Material Recovery (MRF). The MRF, as a GENERATOR, had two Tire Program Identification Numbers (TPID); one with the address 30703 So. MacArthur Dr., Tracy, CA (1107036-01) and one with the address 30704 So. MacArthur Dr., Mokulmne, CA. (1100030-01). The latter has been cancelled. 3. The MRF generates, but does not haul, waste tires. It is registered as such with the CIWMB Used Tire Program as Tracy Material Recovery TPID #1107036-01. The tires we generate go to either McCoy to be recapped or, if they are not usable, to Golden By-Products. The tires that are delivered by the public and those we generate ourselves are placed in Golden's trailer, which is picked up when full. 4. Golden has been using the wrong TPID number (1100031-01). They have been notified that this number is no longer valid. 5. McCoy apparently is not filling in the TPID number on the paperwork. I will contact them and correct this oversight(and make sure they use the correct number). 6. Finally, it is my understanding that the transfer station (MRF) is a waste tire generator but not a waste tire hauler. Further, I understand that you want us to keep a log of the tires that our shop generates that go to Golden, as those are separate from those delivered by the public. Since the MRF is the generator of record for filing with the CIWMB for all tires going to Golden, this seems to be of dubious value. Let me know what you want and, of course, we'll do it. Well, I think that about covers it. I think this is getting straight but I'm not altogether sure. Let me know what you think.
