If a <br /> geotechnical study has been performed for the site,we recommend that you review our fmdings with your <br /> geotechnical consultant to determine what, if any, changes are needed to the geotechnical report. <br /> The findings and recommendations contained in this letter are based on observations from 12 test pits <br /> excavated on September 29, 2000 and October 11, 2000. All descriptions are based on visual <br /> classifications.
